Introducing Cassia

Meet Cassia, a seasoned wellness guide with more than 34 years immersed in the healing arts, weaving together yoga, sound frequency therapeutics, and earth‑based wisdom. As a 500‑hour Registered Yoga Teacher and dedicated sound frequency practitioner, she brings a depth of experience shaped by training in Hatha, B.K. Iyengar, and Bikram Yoga traditions. Her teaching is rooted in precision, presence, and the belief that every body holds an innate capacity to heal.


A certified YA Breath Coach, Cassia integrates Ayurvedic principles, therapeutic breathwork, and mantra into her sessions, offering students a pathway to transform the body, mind, and spirit with clarity and intention. Her sound work—anchored in ancient vibrational practices—invites profound nervous‑system restoration and energetic recalibration.


Beyond the studio, Cassia is a Master Gardener who cultivates heirloom perennial gardens in the heart of central Vermont. Her connection to the land inspires her handcrafted herbal teas, remedies, and tinctures, which she lovingly shares with family, friends, and clients. This earth‑centered artistry infuses her wellness offerings with a sense of ritual, nourishment, and seasonal wisdom.


Cassia’s work is a living tapestry—yoga, sound, breath, mantra, and plant medicine—all woven to support healthy living, embodied awareness, and holistic healing. Her presence invites others to slow down, listen deeply, and reconnect with the natural rhythms within and around them.
