Soul Revival~ Sound Bath & Sacred Ceremony

Padma & Cassia team up to offer a magical sound travel to visit our healthy ancestors through sound vibrations emitted by instruments from around the world, including Sanskrit chants, light & easy body movement, and a nourishment of ethereal frequencies to revive your soul! Cosmic vibes may be felt from the water energy off the coast, from the earth energy under our feet and our root chakra from our fire ring! Elements Revive, Alive & Awaken!

First time offering~"Floating Sound Bath" where participants relax on an inflatable yoga mat in a private pond located in Woodstock, VT. Experience an enchanted sound meditation that encourages the awareness of the natural self through the use of mystical instruments of the world accompanied by echos of the water.

“Sound Journey, through “Sound Baths,” conveys ancient rhythms and vibrations to heal mind, body, and spirit. Music therapy and chanting further our inner transmutation by employing “vibrational changes” in the central nervous system, which plays a role in the time-tested and science-backed brain, cognitive and mood benefits. Instructor Cassia transmits healing sound waves using singing quartz crystal bowls, 28″” hand-crafted womb drum, a 36" symphonic gong. 

A private Sound Bath & Reiki Release Session. Experience a 90 minute magical meditative experience where you receive calming waves of symphonic sounds produced by instruments like gongs and singing bowls, aiming to promote relaxation, stress relief, and inner balance. Cassia's healing hands will gently aid in removing negative energies through the practice of Reiki and the use of amplified crystals. Every session includes both a fire and water ceremony.
