Hi Cassie, it’s Heidi from your last sound healing class. I wanted you to know that I cleared some serious head trash that night. Sometimes it’s a decision right? But most times it a collaboration…you, angels, the moon, my intention, my ancestors. I want to let you know that you are a true healer and I appreciate your authenticity. It’s so damn refreshing. I also appreciate the huge shift you initiated for me.
Cassie has recently presented Sound Healing events at the Lyme, NH Health & Wellness Fair, the Tedx Event in Woodstock, VT and Open Door in White River Junction, VT. The participants expressed much appreciated for the healing power of the practice.

The vibrations of the quartz singing bowls, Shamanic drum and ancient rattles allow the body's energetic fields to open our pathways to the subtle yet magnetic healing powers of sound healing!
Ayurveda is India’s 5000-year-old traditional system of medicine. Ayurveda medicine is based on three doshas, or aspects of our constitution, namely, Vata, Pitta & Kapha. A core belief of Ayurveda is that disease and illness originate from an imbalance in these three energies and a disconnect from nature.
Cassie is Certified as a Breath Coach. Breathing has such an immediate impact on one's mind and body that even the act of inhaling vs. exhaling affects the nervous system differently. It’s common to train in diet, exercise, and even hydration, but almost no one trains in breathing.
